[1] Take a new file of 400 pixels by400 pixels and resolution of 72 dpi in the RGB mode: (http://www.funphotoart.com/wp-content/uploads/2007/10/matellic-ball2.jpg) [2] Fill the Background with color Black then go to Filter>Rendar>Lens Flare and put exactly what the image shows then press OK: (http://www.funphotoart.com/wp-content/uploads/2007/10/matellic-ball3.jpg) [3] Your image should be look like this: (http://www.funphotoart.com/wp-content/uploads/2007/10/matellic-ball4.jpg) [4] Go to Filter>Distort>Polar Coordinates and put what this image has: (http://www.funphotoart.com/wp-content/uploads/2007/10/matellic-ball5.jpg) [5] Then go to Image> Rotate Canvas> 180: (http://www.funphotoart.com/wp-content/uploads/2007/10/matellic-ball6.jpg) [6] Your image should be look like this. (http://www.funphotoart.com/wp-content/uploads/2007/10/matellic-ball7.jpg) [7] Go to Filter>Distort>Polar Coordinates. (http://www.funphotoart.com/wp-content/uploads/2007/10/matellic-ball8.jpg) [8] Your image look like this. (http://www.funphotoart.com/wp-content/uploads/2007/10/matellic-ball9.jpg) [9] Then take the Rectangular Marquee Tool and create a circle as shown image below. (http://www.funphotoart.com/wp-content/uploads/2007/10/matellic-ball11.jpg) [11] Your image should be look like this. (http://www.funphotoart.com/wp-content/uploads/2007/10/matellic-ball12.jpg) [12] Now Delete the Background layer and create a new layer. (http://www.funphotoart.com/wp-content/uploads/2007/10/matellic-ball13.jpg) [13] Then press the Cntl+T, to Transfrom selection. (Edit->Free Transform) (http://www.funphotoart.com/wp-content/uploads/2007/10/matellic-ball14.jpg) [14] Press Cnlt+B, to Color Balance, use the following settings. (http://www.funphotoart.com/wp-content/uploads/2007/10/matellic-ball15.jpg) (http://www.funphotoart.com/wp-content/uploads/2007/10/matellic-ball16.jpg) (http://www.funphotoart.com/wp-content/uploads/2007/10/matellic-ball17.jpg) [15] Your final image should be look like this.
