Really? Another tutorial:
How To Make Dissolving Animation
1. Open 2 images and make a new file and make them the layers
2. Make a frame for each layer
3. Select the 2 frames
4. Tween the frames
5. Select all the frames and change all the layers' blend mode from normal to dissolve
6. Save Optimized As or Save for Web and Devices and save it as a gif
Done!
Pretty much the same as the first one except dissolving

I'll be posting tutorials about animation here from time to time, because I don't really see much people here that do a lot of animated, more people like making non-animated. Ummm, this tutorial is so simple but...
How To Make Fady Animation
1. Open 2 images and make a new file and make them the layers
2. Make a frame for each layer
3. Select the 2 frames
4. Tween the frames
5. Save Optimized As or Save for Web and Devices and save it as a gif
Done!
I'll post better ones soon, if I see people actually reading my tutorials
